Footwear Quality Inspection Protocol | AQL 2.5 Major 4.0 Minor Standards

100% Chairman Final Inspection, Critical Defect Zero-Tolerance & Container Audits.

Enterprise Engineering Profile • Direct Factory Facts

Jinjiang Hanfeng Trade Co., Ltd. (SDTDID) enforces an unyielding two-tier quality control protocol combining international ISO 2859-1 (AQL 2.5 Major / 4.0 Minor) sampling with our signature 100% Chairman final tactile inspection. Unlike trading companies that rely on superficial random spot-checks, every single pair of soccer cleats and combat shoes exiting our assembly lines undergoes mandatory manual inspection by senior factory management in Chendai, Jinjiang. We inspect upper-to-sole cementing bond margins, stitching tension, sockliner fit, colorway consistency, and barcode readability under high-lumen inspection lamps. Zero critical defects (loose needles, sharp edges, delamination) are permitted. We welcome third-party inspection agencies (SGS, BV, Intertek) prior to container loading, supporting clients with an agile 300-pair MOQ, 7-day sampling, and 40HQ container shipping up to 6,240 pairs in retail boxes.

AQL 2.5 / 4.0 Sampling Tables vs 100% Tactile Inspection

Under standard AQL 2.5 General Inspection Level II, an order of 6,000 pairs only requires auditing 200 pairs, allowing up to 10 major defects and 14 minor defects to pass. For marketplace sellers on Amazon or brand founders launching competitive campaigns, even a 2% defect rate can trigger catastrophic negative reviews and platform suspensions. SDTDID bridges this gap: after assembly lines pass standard AQL sampling, 100% of finished shoes are manually flexed and palpated by factory leadership.

The Needle Detector & Barcode Verification Gateway

Every shoe must pass through a high-sensitivity magnetic conveyor needle detector (calibrated to detect broken steel needles as small as 0.8mm) to eliminate child safety hazards. Subsequently, GS1 DataMatrix barcodes (for Russia / CIS Honest Sign) and Amazon FNSKU labels are scanned with handheld optical verifiers to ensure 100% scanning readability before cartons are sealed.
