From 2D tech pack sketches to high-precision CNC outsole molds, digital lasts, and rapid prototype turnarounds. Benefit from our 100% Tooling Fee Amortization Refund Policy and fast 7–10 day sampling timeline backed by 22+ years of Jinjiang footwear engineering heritage.
Our proven industrial engineering pathway from initial sketch to mass production delivery.
Client provides tech pack or reference sample. Our mold engineers calculate tread draft angles (minimum 7° for clean gum rubber mold release) and specify rubber compound hardness (Shore A 58±2).
Construct 3D CAD files (.STP/.IGS format). Print 1:1 scale SLA photopolymer sole prototypes within 48 hours for tactile inspection of tread depth, arch cavity, and last alignment.
Precision CNC wooden models are carved. Precise rubber shrinkage compensations (1.8% to 2.2% thermal contraction during sulfur vulcanization) are calculated into the master pattern.
Multi-cavity steel molds for compression molding or aircraft-grade 7075 aluminum molds for injection are cut via 5-axis CNC machines, ensuring crisp siping grooves and debossed logos.
First-article sole shots are pressed. Outsoles undergo destructive physical lab verification: Shore A durometer hardness check, SATRA TM133 cold flex testing, and bonding peel adhesion.
Complete finished footwear samples are lasted and cemented. Samples are couriered via DHL Express for customer wear-testing approval prior to authorization of mass cutting and lasting.
We de-risk client private label investments by fully refunding custom mold tooling costs against recurring production milestones.
Initial mold tooling for a full size run costs between $2,800 and $4,200. We refund $1.00 to $1.50 per pair produced on every reorder until 100% of the mold investment is refunded (typically reaching complete amortization at 3,000 to 4,000 pairs cumulative volume).
Our 6-step SOP proceeds: 1) 2D concept rendering; 2) 3D CAD sole engineering & 48-hour SLA resin printing; 3) Wooden model validation & casting shrinkage verification; 4) CNC aluminum/steel mold cutting (15-20 days); 5) Trial injection sample testing (hardness & flex); 6) Mass production sign-off.
Yes. We maintain CNC last carving machines and in-house digital last modeling. We can engineer anatomical lasts optimized for wide toe boxes, high arches, or youth growth metrics across US Men 7–15 and US Kids 1–6.
We sign binding bilateral Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) prior to receiving proprietary tech packs. All custom sole molds and shoe lasts are stamped with tamper-proof client asset tags and are strictly prohibited from being shared or produced for third parties.
Direct response from Jinjiang engineering desk within 8 hours. PPS samples dispatched in 7–10 days.
